Reiki Therapy, Therapeutic Yoga and Mantra Meditation to help her clients gain balance in both the energetic and physical field.
Her passion lies in increasing mobility through therapeutic yoga movement and helping clients find “neutral” through down-regulation practices. In addition to private sessions, you can also find her teaching group classes which focus on down-regulation of the nervous system such as Restorative, Gentle and Slow Movement Yoga.
Her private practice is located in Avon, NJ.
