madipao is a Certified Wellness Practitioner who uses Reiki, Therapeutic Yoga and Meditation to help her clients gain balance in both the energetic and physical field.
Her passion lies in increasing mobility through therapeutic yoga movement and helping clients find “neutral” through down-regulation practices. In addition to private sessions, you can find her teaching group classes which focus on down-regulation such as Restorative, Gentle and Slow Movement Yoga.
Madi is an RYT-500, Reiki Master, Musician and holds additional certifications in Yoga for Back Care, Yoga for Cancer Care, Meditation and Sound Healing. She is currently working towards her IAYT Yoga Therapy Certification at Prema Yoga Institute in NYC. She has been teaching yoga since 2019 and her private practice is located in Avon-By-The-Sea, NJ.
