If your feeling like me, this fast paced, highly demanding timeline we are experiencing has you disconnected from the heart. Many of us operating from a lower mind with our systems on auto-pilot moving from task to task as quickly and efficiently as possible which causes energy drain and depletion inhibiting us from intelligent energy management.
It's time to build resilience. It's time to expand our awareness and identify unnecessary energy expenditures. When we feel relaxed and safe our body is in a state of homeostasis, and we can intentionally affect the nervous system to create coherence. When the heart is beating incoherently, we feel out of balance, on edge, anxious, and unfocused.

By choosing to consciously connect with the heart and practice Heart Focused Breathing and the Inner-Ease Technique we can lower the volume on depleting emotions such as fear, frustration, impatience and anger which have a toxic feeling and cause the release of stress hormones. We can invite in renewing emotions such as care, courage, tolerance, and appreciation
which create neurochemicals that regenerate your system and offset energy drain. I've included a quick step guide to the Inner-Ease Technique below for you to try. The practice takes as little as 5 minutes.
Keep inquiring. Keep searching. Keep trusting. You are exactly where you need to be at exactly the time you need to be there. I welcome any questions via email, text or call, so please reach out! I am here to support you. Take care of yourself and each other.

Quick Step Guide to the Inner-Ease Technique
Step 1- Heart focused breathing
5 second in-breath, 5 second out-breath, rest your awareness on the space in the middle of your chest and soften that space a little more with each breath
Step 2- Draw in the feeling of inner ease
With your mind, begin to move the softness from your heart throughout the rest of your body, relaxing and releasing, then drawing awareness back to the heart and embracing calm and ease
Step 3- Anchor and maintain the feeling
Continue breathing in a soft and relaxed way, bringing hyper-focus to that feeling of calm, ease and softness, settling that feeling in your heart. Invite in gratitude, love and appreciation for the gift of brain-heart coherence and the ability to access the knowledge needed to evolve.
