Service Description

This 6 week Yoga Nidra series will gather every Monday 12-1pm beginning Feb 17th - Mar 24th and is designed to gently lead the practitioner through Yoga Nidra techniques leading towards more advanced practices. In each session you will be guided through a deep relaxation process designed to release tension, reduce stress, and promote emotional balance. Yoga Nidra uses rotation of consciousness, breath awareness, visualization and other techniques to take the practitioner to the hypnagogic state, the brain state where your consciousness is between being awake and being asleep. As you lie comfortably in a safe and serene environment, madipao's soothing voice will lead you into this hypnagogic state of conscious awareness between wakefulness and sleep. In this state we are exceptionally receptive and any seed that is planted will remain deep in the subconscious. This unique practice not only enhances your physical well-being but also cultivates mental clarity and spiritual growth.
