About the event
Together we will explore how much sleep the body truly needs, common signs of imbalance, and the effects of stress, lifestyle, and sleep disruptions on overall well-being. You’ll also learn practical, supportive tools to improve sleep hygiene and cultivate habits that promote more easeful, restorative nights.
The experience will gently transition into a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra: a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep.” While the body rests in stillness, the mind is guided into a state between waking and sleeping, where profound relaxation and healing can occur. This practice helps calm the nervous system, release accumulated tension, and invite a sense of peace that supports deeper, more natural sleep.
