About the event

Join us for a transformative journey focused on restorative yoga, reiki healing, and massage. Allow yourself to unwind, relax, and rejuvenate as we guide you through a blissful journey of self-care and healing.

In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to experience the profound benefits of restorative yoga, a gentle and nurturing practice that promotes deep relaxation and stress relief. Through a series of supported poses, you will release tension from your body and mind, allowing for a profound sense of ease and restoration.

Our expert Reiki practitioner, Madi, will also provide gentle and healing energy work. Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes balance and harmony in the body, mind, and spirit. Experience the soothing touch of reiki as you tap into your own innate healing abilities and release energy blockages.

To complement your experience, skilled massage therapist, Karuna, will be providing therapeutic massages while you relax in your restorative positions. Relax and let go as tension melts away under the skilled hands of our practitioner. Feel the stress and worries of daily life dissolve, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.

This workshop is suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner. No prior experience in yoga, reiki, or massage is necessary. Come as you are and allow yourself to be nurtured and supported in a safe and welcoming environment.

Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your spot today. Don't miss out on this opportunity to prioritize your well-being and experience the power of restorative yoga, reiki healing, and massage. We look forward to sharing this transformative journey with you.
