About the event
Alysia and Madi are back for another Element Workshop! Kundalini, Reiki, Mudra & Mantra Celebrating the element related to Spring is Wood, which allows us to stay grounded in the past, stand tall in the present, and the vision to move to the future. Working with the liver and gall bladder meridians we will move the body through a detoxing kriya, and then bring the awareness inward, singing and moving to meditations of spring through mantra meditation. Join us on this magical journey inward.
